development and technical writing experience. She has been responsible for
design, financial and performance management of broad-scope, high-level training
programs for the US Army and engaged in research, business planning,
profitability analysis, positioning, promotion, product launches and workflow
procedures for a prominent west coast engineering products company. Liz drives
dynamic content for the JS Group's popular $marts Training series and
