Cathleen holds an MS degree in electrical engineering from MIT and maintains a vigorous record of high level achievement in research, marketing and communications for telecom, speech processing, computer telephony and medical electronics, including high-level consulting for Fortune 100 companies. She developed computer telephony industry's first professional certification exam and co-authored a groundbreaking report on effects of speech processing on the Operator Services environment which consequently drove a multi-million dollar investment by telephone companies in new technologies and shaped a best practices approach for ensuing deployments.
